The BioDesign Line is a line of breast implants with an exclusive design with different measurements and shapes adapted to the different female biotypes. It offers a full range with five different profiles and up to four projections, covering both anatomical implants and round implants, as well as a conical implant, Advance, which is unique to Europe.

Particularly recommended for young patients as its larger projection makes it possible to achieve the desired result with less volume, maintaining a natural appearance.
Also recommended for patients with ptosis grade I or II, with elevation of the breast without mastopexy scars in some cases.

Soft Plus, the new generation of smooth implants on the market
Soft Plus is the result of the evolution of the classic smooth surface added to the HSC+ gel and the BioDesign concept.
This new round breast implant offers additional benefits compared to smooth implants, such as the filling of the entire breast, achieving a more marked effect.
With the same concept as the BioDesign Collection line, Soft Plus offers different projections for each of the bases. This makes it possible to achieve the projection desired without excessively increasing the volume of the breast implant, obtaining a more gradual distribution.
The round Soft Plus implant has an opaque smooth surface with an arithmetic roughness of approximately 5 µm (micrometres).
Indications
It is recommended for primary breast augmentation or replacement, particularly in patients wanting a more prominent upper pole, with complete filling and increased breast projection.
It is also suitable for primary reconstructions.
It can be used in whichever placement the surgeon feels is best: sub-glandular, sub-muscular or dual plane placement.
